Differences in chosen personality characteristics between students of paramedic and general nurse study programs

This work focuses on personality characteristics of students of general nursing and paramedic programs, its comparison and description of differences between them. The work briefly describes the history, obligatory education, and description of the job of general nurse and paramedic. The results of Big Five model are compared between general nurses, paramedics, and students of both programs. The research part maps personality characteristics of students of general nursing and paramedicine and describes the differences between them using the Big Five model, specifically version BFI-2. Significant difference was discovered between students in the dimension of negative emotionality (neuroticism). Students of the paramedicine program scored lower on average.
